Consumer LifeScape™
Consumer LifeScape™ is a household-focused
segmentation system that can measure segment potential more precisely
than modeled neighborhood clustering systems. Consumer LifeScape™ is built
upon a 252-cell matrix of LifeStage (Age x Income x Marital Status x
Presence of Children) and Income.
'Household-focused' means that we use
household level data whenever possible to LifeScape-code client files.
Originally built from household-level
Census data, Devonshire updates the national construct annually placing
every household in the U.S. into this system -- this is unique among
national-level segmentation systems.
What is unique about Consumer LifeScape?
°
Consumer LifeScape segmentation builds upon the simple premise that life stage
segments are more predictive than neighborhood clusters in determining
consumer behavior.
° The use of household-level data provides a reliable platform for
Customer Relationship Management initiatives. It is more accurate than
neighborhood clustering.
° It is built from the ground up with distributions assigned to each
geography. Consumer LifeScape is spatially enabled from the start.
° Intuitive segments translate into easy links to third-party research
and prospect lists. Consumer LifeScape is actionable!
Current-year estimates and 5-year
projections available at Blockgroup, Census Tract, ZIP, County, MSA, and State levels.

dmPLUS™
Devonshire‘s Consumer dmPLUS™ is a multi-source consumer data
repository comprised of the top B2C compilers in the business. By
maintaining all of these databases under one roof, we have the unique
ability to identify and fill gaps found within individual data sources,
thus providing the most comprehensive coverage possible. Through
powerful merge-purge capabilities, these files can be "de-duped" against
each other in order to provide records that are unique to each data
source.
The Consumer dmPLUS™ file is made up of over 300 million records,
encompassing over 150 million consumer households. Each record includes
hundreds of demographic, geographic, behavioral, attitudinal,
transactional, and lifestyle data. Because we provide such a high
volume of data, our supply and demand dynamics enable us to price our
data at the most competitive rates available.
As a result of this multi-source approach, our clients receive the most
comprehensive market coverage available, as well as a distinct
qualitative advantage through the cross-validation of our multiple
sources against one another, thus optimizing the demographic accuracy,
postal deliverability, and phone contact-ability of the records. We can
use this data to append demographics in support analytics, predictive
modeling, market analysis, targeted marketing, and many other
applications. Our data technology includes merge-purge and online list
deployment, NCOA, CASS standardization, and many others. In the end,
our goal is always the same: to very cost-effectively boost the
performance of your business development, customer cross-sell, up-sell,
loyalty, retention, analytics, and database management initiatives.

well as detailed information on each household including age, income,
marital status, home ownership status, number of children, length of
