Instant Profile Devonshire’s dmPLUS™ Instant Profile is a report that statistically profiles consumer or business customers across a client’s in-house files. A customer database is matched against our multi-source Consumer dmPLUS™ or Business dmPLUS™ databases to create a customized market penetration analysis. The dmPLUS™ Instant Profile process appends dozens of demographic or firmagraphic data elements to a customer database, presenting the results in a visual, informative, and actionable way. Each reveals more information about customers, so clients can market to them – and new prospects like them – more effectively. Both B2B and B2C versions are available. dmPLUS™ Express Model A dmPLUS™ Express Model takes the standard dmPLUS™ Instant Profile descriptive model report (which we often run as a no-cost proof-of-concept for our clients) and takes it another step by running the profiled customer data through KXEN statistical processing software to create a logistic regression algorithm (i.e. a predictive scoring equation) that we can apply to virtually any targeted marketing list. Devonshire clients provide a customer database which the analytics team uses to build a dmPLUS™ predictive Express Model and pull a direct mail marketing list of highly targeted prospect records, using the logistic regression scoring algorithm produced by the model. All customer records submitted for this process are suppressed from the prospect mailing list prior to delivery. dmPLUS™ Predictive Modeling By enhancing customer and responder records through the appending of several hundred demographic and geographic data from Devonshire’s comprehensive Business dmPLUS™ and Consumer dmPLUS™ databases of U.S. consumers and businesses, we are able to statistically profile the most lucrative customer segments and uncover new prospects who are most likely to buy. This type of predictive modeling provides the ability to very cost-effectively identify and target the "lowest hanging fruit" prospects with maximum statistical confidence. Essentially, this highly intelligent statistical processing quantifies what the best customers or responders “look like” from a mathematical standpoint, and then very accurately identifies prospects who “look just like” the best customers or responders. Because we maintain comprehensive datafiles of all U.S. businesses and consumers in our dmPLUS™ universe, we can apply the modeling results to score the entire prospect universe in deciles (roughly equivalent 10% “buckets”), percentiles (roughly equivalent 1% “buckets”), or an even more granular level – enabling our clients to segment their customers and prospects with pinpoint statistical precision. The net result of these modeling services is that you can boost the response performance of mailing efforts by at least 20%-40% over control, enabling you to mail less, achieve higher response volume – or essentially save money and make money at the same time – optimizing your cross-sell, up-sell, loyalty, retention, and new-customer acquisition marketing efforts. Data Processing Devonshire provides ad-hoc data processing services for clients as well. Performing data and list hygiene on a regular basis will help ensure your data is updated and your message gets to the right person at the right place at the right time.
